1. About Too Many Tabs

Too Many Tabs is a digital platform designed to help parents and carers capture observations, organise information, identify patterns, and generate AI-assisted summaries and insights relating to their child and family experiences.

2. Not Professional Advice

Too Many Tabs is an organisational, information-management and sense-making tool only.

Too Many Tabs does not provide medical, legal, educational, therapeutic, safeguarding, financial, or diagnostic advice.

Too Many Tabs does not diagnose, assess, screen for, or determine whether a child is neurodivergent or has any medical, developmental, educational, psychological, or behavioural condition.

Any AI-generated summaries, insights, analyses, observations, suggestions, patterns, talking points, care cards, or reports are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice.

Users remain responsible for reviewing all generated content and seeking appropriate professional advice where necessary.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account and to keep your details up to date.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Too Many Tabs, including notes, observations, voice recordings, screenshots, documents, reports, and other materials.

By uploading content, you grant Too Many Tabs permission to process that information solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Too Many Tabs for unlawful purposes;

• Upload malicious software or harmful content;

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform;

• Interfere with the operation or security of the service;

• Share your account credentials with others;

• Use the platform to infringe the rights of others.

6. AI-Assisted Features

Too Many Tabs uses AI-assisted tools to help organise information, identify potential patterns, generate summaries, and provide informational outputs.

While we aim to provide useful results, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, omissions, errors, or misinterpretations.

Users are responsible for reviewing all generated content and determining its suitability for any personal, educational, healthcare, or professional use.

AI-generated outputs should be treated as informational assistance only and not as professional advice or conclusions.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions are billed through Systeme.io and associated payment providers, including Stripe.

Payments are processed securely by those providers and Too Many Tabs does not store full payment card details.

Subscription fees are charged in advance and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

We reserve the right to change pricing in the future. Any pricing changes will not affect existing subscription periods already paid for.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Unless otherwise stated, your access to Premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

No refunds will be provided for partially used subscription periods unless required by law.

9. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable and secure service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.

We may modify, update, suspend, remove, or discontinue features where necessary to maintain, improve, secure, or develop the platform.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Too Many Tabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from the use of the platform.

Too Many Tabs is provided on an "as available" and "as is" basis without warranties, guarantees, or representations regarding uninterrupted availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Privacy

Your use of Too Many Tabs is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

12. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to Too Many Tabs, including its software, branding, designs, functionality, content, and features, remain the property of Too Many Tabs.

Updated versions will be published on this page with a revised Effective Date.

Neither Too Many Tabs nor SENTracker are:

Any summaries, patterns, suggestions, reports, observations, insights, Talking Points, Watch For Me recommendations, Weekly Care Cards, or other AI-generated content should not be considered medical, educational, psychological, legal, therapeutic, or professional advice.

Determinations, Diagnoses, and Eligibility

Too Many Tabs and SENTracker are designed to help users collect, organise, analyse, and better understand information.

Neither platform determines, diagnoses, assesses, screens for, confirms, or guarantees whether a child:

• Is neurodivergent

• Has ADHD

• Has autism

• Has learning difficulties

• Has mental health conditions

• Has Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)

• Requires educational, healthcare, or social support

• Qualifies for funding, services, or support programmes

• Meets criteria for an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) or similar provision

Any summaries, patterns, observations, suggestions, or insights generated by the platforms are provided for informational and organisational purposes only.

All decisions regarding diagnosis, assessment, support needs, educational provision, healthcare, legal matters, eligibility for services, or statutory support should be made by appropriately qualified professionals and relevant authorities.

Use of Too Many Tabs or SENTracker does not guarantee any particular assessment outcome, diagnosis, support provision, funding decision, educational decision, tribunal outcome, or service eligibility.
